Our bridesmaid bouquets are designed in our ‘artistic’ approach.

Our florist selects the finest seasonal blooms to create a stunning arrangement, finished with a ribbon to match. Simply select your preferred color from our available options.

 

About the order

  • Order Lead Time: Orders should be placed at least 4 weeks in advance of your pick-up date.
  • Minimum Order: $1,200 + Taxes. Fang Designs reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the minimum amount.
  • Inspirational Photos: Please email us at fangtodesign@gmail.com with your inspirational photos for bouquets, centerpieces,ect all together with your ORDER NUMBER for reference.
  • If you don’t receive a reply regarding your inspirational photo within 36 hours after placing your order, please contact us at fangtodesign@gmail.com. 
  • Floral Availability: Specific floral types are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the season.
  • Floral Colors: We will match floral colors to your selection.
  • Please note that the final product may be slightly different from the actual photos due to floral availability.

Pick-up only

  • Please write your pick-up date and time in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION box on the checkout page.
  • Please note that pick-up is available Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 6 pm, except on statutory holidays.
  • We recommend scheduling pick-up within 24 hours of the event to maintain the freshness of the flowers.
  • Location: Orders can be picked up at your specified date and time at Fang Design Studio, 6191 Westminster Hwy #104, Richmond, BC V7C 4V4

Cancellation

  • Fang Designs reserves the right to cancel this order if, at any time, we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
  • All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and shared with our team at least 30 days before your event date. Credits can be used for future events or transferred for our online store. For cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before the event date, we will be deducting a 5% administrative fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date, a 30% administrative fee will be reserved, with the remaining balance transferred to a store credit.

Postponement

  • All requests for postponements must be made in writing and shared with our team at least 30 days before your event date. Credits can be used for future events. For postponements made in writing at least 30 days before, There will be no administrative fee deducted. For postponements made within 30 days of the wedding date, a 5% administrative fee will be reserved, with the remaining balance transferred to use for the new event date.

Responsibility

  • After customers pick up their orders and leave our studio, Fang Design is not responsible for any issues with the orders. Please confirm your order with the Fang Design team before leaving the studio.
