ABOUT THE ORDER
- Please place your order at least 4 business days prior to your pick-up or delivery date.
- Floral varieties may vary based on availability from our wholesalers, which may result in slight variations from the photos shown.
PICK-UP ORDERS
- Please provide your preferred pick-up date and time in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION box during checkout.
- Pick-up is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm (excluding statutory holidays).
- To ensure the freshness of your flowers, we recommend scheduling pick-up within 24 hours of your event.
- Pick-Up Location: Fang Design Studio, 6191 Westminster Hwy #140, Richmond. Please arrive at your specified date and time.
- Kindly present your order number to our staff upon pick-up.
- If you wish to make changes to the pick-up details, please email us with your order number in the subject line. A confirmation email will be sent once the changes have been confirmed.
RESPONSIBILITY
- After customers pick up their orders and leave our studio, Fang Design is not responsible for any issues with the orders. Please confirm your order with the Fang Design team before leaving the studio.
ORDER DELIVERY
We offer delivery within the Greater Vancouver Area at an additional cost. To add delivery to your order, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the “SHOP” button and select “Delivery Add-on” from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Delivery Service image to proceed.
- Choose your delivery area from the dropdown list and add the service to your cart.
Once added, your delivery cost will be included at checkout.
For delivery details, please leave the following information in the Additional information order notes box during checkout:
- Recipient’s Name and Contact Number
- Delivery Address
- Delivery Date (provide options if required)
- Delivery Time Frame (a 4-hour window between 1pm to 7pm)
- Additional Instruction (e.g. Buzz number)
DELIVERY FEES
$15 – Deliveries within Richmond
$25 – Deliveries within Vancouver and Burnaby South
$35 – Burnaby Central and North, Delta, New Westminster
$50 – North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Coquitlam
DELIVERY POLICY
Fang Design offers delivery from 1pm to 7pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding statutory holidays). Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we will confirm your requested delivery time frame via email within 24 hours after the order is received.
Specific time requests can be considered on a case-by-case basis by emailing us. A $20 surcharge will apply if the request is accepted.
DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
- Currently, we are unable to offer delivery services outside the listed municipal locations. If you are interested in arranging delivery beyond these areas, please feel free to email us at fangtodesign@gmail.com, and we will be happy to discuss your request further.
- Our delivery schedule is subject to change without notice. Local delivery is available within the Greater Vancouver Area. Due to the unpredictable nature of traffic and driver availability, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
EVENT SETUP SERVICE
- If you require event setup services, please email us to inquire about availability or to book a consultation. Our team will work with you to understand your needs and provide a detailed estimate.
CANCELLATION/ POSTPONEMENT
- We pride ourselves on selecting the most unique and freshest materials to create our floral products, especially during the festive season. Due to the seasonal nature and high demand for our supplies, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your order before placing it, to help us ensure the best quality and service for all our customers.
REFUND/ EXCHANGE
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your floral product or if you’re not completely happy with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it. PLEASE NOTE
- All of our Celebrate & Festive Shop products are lovingly crafted and sold as they are, with no changes in style or size available. If you’re interested in a custom design or a specific size, we’d be happy to discuss it—just send us an email to inquire further!
WEATHER-RELATED DELAYS
Please note that due to possible heavy snowfall in December, scheduled pick-up and delivery dates might be postponed for safety reasons. We recommend placing your order early to allow for any delays, as some deliveries may be affected and might not arrive by Christmas Day.
