Cancellation Policy
Fang Designs reserves the right to cancel this order if, at any time, we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
Fang Designs reserves the right to cancel this order if the minimum order amount of $1200 before taxes is not met for wedding orders.
Cancellation and Postponement
All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and shared with our team at least 30 days before your event date. Credits can be used for future events or transferred for our online store. For cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before, we will be deducting a 5% administrative fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date, a 30% administrative fee will be reserved, with the remaining balance transferred to a store credit.
Postponement:
All requests for postponements must be made in writing and shared with our team at least 30 days before your event date. Credits can be used for future events. For postponements made in writing at least 30 days before, There will be no administrative fee deducted.. For postponements made within 30 days of the wedding date, a 5% administrative fee will be reserved, with the remaining balance transferred to use for the new event date.
Ordering and Payment Policies:
All orders placed at the shop require full payment upon purchase. We accept payment exclusively through VISA and MASTERCARD via our online shop.
Order Placement and Minimum Spend
All orders for wedding floral arrangements must be placed through our website followed by an email referencing the order number on the subject line to send more details and inspiration photos.
A minimum order spend of $1200 plus taxes applies to all wedding floral orders.
Delivery and Pick-Up
We currently offer pick-up only for all floral orders. Delivery options are not available for floral orders. All orders must be picked up at our warehouse location: 6191 Westminster Hwy #140, Richmond, BC V7C 4V4 Between the hours of 11AM-4PM
Order Timing
WEDDING SHOP:
Orders should ideally be placed within a 2-3 month timeframe prior to your wedding day.
For orders that are in less than a 2-3 month timeframe, please contact us via email for further discussion. Additional fees may apply and will be determined by Fang Design.
EVENT SHOP:
Orders should ideally be placed within a 1 month timeframe prior to your event.
For orders that are in less than a 1 month timeframe, please contact us via email for further discussion. Additional fees may apply and will be determined by Fang Design.
Design Customization
Customers cannot request custom designs at our wedding shop. Our florist team will design according to one of our predetermined designs that the customer ordered from the shop. Customers can select their preferred color palette and style from the options provided on our website shop. Color palettes listed below:
- Green & White
- Blush & Ivory
- Beige & Cream
Customers must choose from these predefined color schemes when placing their orders. Our florist team reserves the right to style and select in-season flowers based on the chosen color palette and style.
If there are specific flowers that the customer dislikes, they must inform us via email. Customers can send a description and inspiration photos to our email address, referencing their order number in the subject line. Please kindly note that while we like to see inspiration photos and design requests, we cannot guarantee specific floral products due to seasonal availability.
Substitutions
The Florist reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of adequate quality or suitability for the Client’s event. In this instance, the integrity of the proposed color scheme and design will be maintained, and flowers of at least equivalent value will be used as substitutions.
Rentals
All rentals and packing materials are to be returned within 7 days of the date of the event. All late returns will be charged at a rate of $10 per rental, per day. Any lost, broken, or damaged items will be charged at the full purchase price to the Client. The Client agrees to safely pack and transport all items for return to the Florist.
Pickup and Care
When the customer is picking up flowers and/or rentals for their event. The Florist will provide an estimate of and recommendation for the space required to safely transport all items, proper care instructions to maintain freshness as adequately as possible, and any instructions necessary to safely install any large floral decor pieces.
Freshness
Wedding florals picked up the day before the event will still look fresh. Instructions, tips, and tricks for maintaining freshness will be provided upon pick-up. However, Once the orders leave our studio, we relinquish responsibility for any damages incurred thereafter.
