DELIVERY POLICY

Fang Design offers delivery from 1pm to 7pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding statutory holidays). Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, we will confirm your requested delivery time frame via email within 24 hours after the order is received.

Specific time requests can be considered on a case-by-case basis by emailing us. A $20 surcharge will apply if the request is accepted.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Currently, we are unable to offer delivery services to other municipal locations. If you are interested in arranging delivery beyond these areas, please feel free to email us at fangtodesign@gmail.com, and we will be happy to discuss your request further.
Our delivery schedule is subject to change without notice. Local delivery is available within the Greater Vancouver Area. Due to the unpredictable nature of traffic and driver availability, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
