Vase is included as shown subject to availability and will substitute with similar style as required.

ABOUT THE ORDER

  • Order Lead Time: Orders should be placed at least 4 weeks in advance of your pick-up date.
  • Minimum Order: $1,200 + Taxes. Fang Designs reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the minimum amount.
  • Floral Availability: Specific floral types are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the season.
  • Floral Colors: We will match floral colors to your selection.
  • Please note that the final product may be slightly different from the actual photos due to floral availability

ORDER PICK-UP

  • Please provide your preferred pick-up date and time in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION box during checkout.
  • Pick-up is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm (excluding statutory holidays).
  • To ensure the freshness of your flowers, we recommend scheduling pick-up within 24 hours of your event.
  • Pick-Up Location: Fang Design Studio, 6191 Westminster Hwy #140, Richmond. Please arrive at your specified date and time.

ORDER DELIVERY 

  • Please include your delivery request in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Order Notes box during checkout. Be sure to provide:
    • Delivery Address
    • Preferred Delivery Date
    • Preferred Delivery Time Frame (a 2-hour window)
  • Delivery fees will be confirmed within 24 hours after receiving your order. Fees depend on the delivery location and the order quantity.
  • Minimum Delivery Fee for Wedding Bookings: $250
  • We will contact you shortly via email to confirm all delivery details and provide a fee estimate.

EVENT SETUP SERVICE

  • If you require event setup services, please email us to inquire about availability or to book a consultation. Our team will work with you to understand your needs and provide a detailed estimate.

CANCELLATION/ POSTPONEMENT

  • Fang Designs reserves the right to cancel this order if, at any time, we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
  • All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and shared with our team at least 30 days before your event date. Credits can be used for future events or transferred for our online store. For cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before the event date, we will be deducting a 5% administrative fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date, a 30% administrative fee will be reserved, with the remaining balance transferred to a store credit.
  • All requests for postponements must be made in writing and shared with our team at least 30 days before your event date. Credits can be used for future events. For postponements made in writing at least 30 days before, There will be no administrative fee deducted. For postponements made within 30 days of the wedding date, a 5% administrative fee will be reserved, with the remaining balance transferred to use for the new event date.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • After customers pick up their orders and leave our studio, Fang Design is not responsible for any issues with the orders. Please confirm your order with the Fang Design team before leaving the studio.
