Our Statement Pieces are designed to be a striking focal point, creating a unified floral story for your ceremony backdrop. Each arrangement is meticulously crafted with our artistic approach to perfectly match your wedding style, ensuring an unforgettable setting for your special day.

Please note that these are front-facing designs, with the back elegantly finished in lush greenery. While our gallery photos serve as a reference for style and scale, no two pieces are identical as we celebrate the natural beauty and unique shape of every seasonal bloom.

Installation & Details:

  • Self-Placement: These are provided as ready-to-place arrangements. On-site setup is not included
  • Customization:  For custom sizes, floral varieties, or palettes not listed, please email us for a personalized quote.
  • Short: 1.5ft (L) x 1.5ft (H) – Perfect for pedestals or aisle starts | Medium: 2ft (L) x 2ft (H) -Ideal for standard altar placement
  • Tall: 2.5ft (L) x 2.5ft (H) – Lush ground-level impact | X-Tall: 3ft (L) x 3ft (H) – A grand statement for backdrops

 

Note: This product includes floral arrangements only; vases, stands, and pillars are not included but are available for rental. Dimensions reflect the overall floral reach, including natural airy extensions.

ABOUT THE ORDER

  • Order Lead Time: Orders should be placed at least 4 weeks in advance of your pick-up date.
  • Minimum Order: $1,200 + Taxes. Fang Designs reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the minimum amount.
  • Floral Availability & Variations: Due to the nature of seasonal agriculture, specific floral varieties are not guaranteed. While we will strictly adhere to your chosen color palette, the final product may vary slightly from inspiration photos based on the best blooms available at the time of your event.

 

ORDER PICK-UP

  • Scheduling: Please provide your preferred pick-up date and time in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION box during checkout.
  • Hours: Available Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am – 5:30 pm (excluding statutory holidays).
  • Timing: To ensure maximum freshness, we recommend picking up within 24 hours of your event.
  • Location: Fang Design Studio, 6191 Westminster Hwy #140, Richmond. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time.

 

ORDER DELIVERY

  • Please include your delivery request in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Order Notes box during checkout. Be sure to provide:
    • Delivery Address
    • Preferred Delivery Date
    • Preferred Delivery Time Frame (a 2-hour window)
  • Delivery fees start at $250 for Wedding Bookings. Final fees depend on location, order volume, and labor required; these will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of your order.

 

EVENT SETUP SERVICE

  • Delivery Only vs. Setup: Standard delivery includes drop-off at a single designated location. For on-site placement or floral installation, please refer to our Event Setup Service.

 

CANCELLATION/ POSTPONEMENT

  • Fang Designs reserves the right to cancel this order if, at any time, we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
  • All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and shared with our team at least 30 days before your event date. Credits can be used for future events or transferred for our online store. For cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before the event date, we will be deducting a 5% administrative fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date, a 30% administrative fee will be reserved, with the remaining balance transferred to a store credit.
  • All requests for postponements must be made in writing and shared with our team at least 30 days before your event date. Credits can be used for future events. For postponements made in writing at least 30 days before, There will be no administrative fee deducted. For postponements made within 30 days of the wedding date, a 5% administrative fee will be reserved, with the remaining balance transferred to use for the new event date.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • We provide basic care instructions upon pick-up; however, once the flowers are in the client’s possession, their longevity is dependent on the environmental conditions provided by the client
