  • Floral varieties may vary based on availability from our wholesalers, which may result in slight variations from the photos shown.

ORDER PICK-UP & DELIVERY

PICK-UP ORDERS

  • Please provide your preferred pick-up date and time in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION box during checkout.
  • Pick-up is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm (excluding statutory holidays).
  • To ensure the freshness of your flowers, we recommend scheduling pick-up within 24 hours of your event.
  • Pick-Up Location: Fang Design Studio, 6191 Westminster Hwy #140, Richmond. Please arrive at your specified date and time.
ORDER DELIVERY 

We offer delivery within the Greater Vancouver Area at an additional cost. To add delivery to your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the “SHOP” button and select “Delivery Add-on” from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click on the Delivery Service image to proceed.
  3. Choose your delivery area from the dropdown list and add the service to your cart.

Once added, your delivery cost will be included at checkout.

For delivery details, please leave the following information in the Additional information order notes box during checkout:

  • Recipient’s Name and Contact Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Delivery Date (provide options if required)
  • Delivery Time Frame (a 4-hour window between 1pm to 7pm)
  • Additional Instruction (e.g. Buzz number)

REFUND/EXCHANGE

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your floral product or if you’re not completely happy with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it.

WEATHER-RELATED DELAYS

Please note that due to possible heavy snowfall and other adverse weather conditions, scheduled pick-up and delivery dates might be postponed for safety reasons. We recommend placing your order early to allow for any delays, as some deliveries may be affected. We appreciate your understanding and will reach out if your order is impacted by the weather.
